A few non-direct Allegion customers are open directly with Zentra in ALM. Moving forward, we would prefer all new non-direct Allegion accounts purchase all their licenses (Zentra Living and Zentra Connect) from Wholesale. If you want to open a non-direct Allegion account with Zentra direct, please work with Antonio Torres.
If a reseller should be a ZAI but is not yet set up, complete ZAI training enrollment before assigning the Allegion Direct ZAIs (Reseller) pricing file.
Opening a non-direct Allegion account as a direct ZAI requires approval from both RSO and Zentra before proceeding.
